Allison Elrod is a poet and essayist whose work has appeared in The Living Church and on Charlotte’s National Public Radio station, WFAE. Recent poems are included in Kakalak, an Anthology of Carolina Poets, Iodine Poetry Journal and Cave Wall. She serves on the board of the North Carolina Poetry Society. She is a free-lance editor and publicist and lives in Davidson.
